Booking and visiting

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Wednesday 9am to 5pm, Thursday 9am to 8pm and Friday 9am to 5pm. We're closed Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

Where is Crew Stylists in Queenstown?

We’re upstairs at Level 1, 22 The Mall, Ballarat Street, Queenstown 9300 — in the central CBD. Look for the stairway entrance and head up to the first floor. Directions are on our find us page.

Where can I park?

Central Queenstown parking is metered and limited, so allow a few extra minutes. The Boundary Street and Man Street (Queenstown Memorial Centre) car parks are the closest larger options, both a short walk from The Mall. Metered street parking is available around Ballarat and Camp Streets. If you’re coming from further out, the Park & Ride options into town work well too.

Do I need to book ahead?

We recommend it. Queenstown salons fill fast, especially Thursday late nights. Book online any time to see live availability, or call 03 441 8555.

Do you take deposits? What is your cancellation policy?

Service bookings are made through our booking system (Kitomba). A deposit may be taken at the time of booking for longer or colour services. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may attract a fee; no-shows may be charged for the booked service. Reminders are sent before your appointment. What services does Crew Stylists offer?

Balayage, blondes and lightening, foils and highlights, global colour, cuts and styling, treatments, smoothing, hair extensions, wedding and bridal hair, men's cuts and nails. Current prices are on our price list.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. Vouchers are bought online and emailed straight away, so they're perfect even when you've left it to the last minute. They can be put towards any service. Details are on our gift vouchers page.

Can I buy salon haircare online?

Yes. Our online store stocks Kérastase, L'Oréal Professionnel, Redken, Pureology and ghd, and we deliver New Zealand-wide. Browse the full range in our online store.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on New Zealand orders over $79. Otherwise standard NZ shipping is $10 and takes 2–5 business days. Most orders ship the next business day. See our shipping policy.

Is your Kérastase genuine? Are you an authorised stockist?

Yes. Crew is a professional salon stockist with its own trade account at L'Oréal New Zealand. We buy our Kérastase directly from L'Oréal New Zealand, along with our L'Oréal Professionnel, Redken and Pureology, so it's all genuine NZ salon stock. Orders for these brands are packed and shipped from our salon in Queenstown, with free NZ shipping on orders over $79.
