Crew Haircare Black Friday Giveaway 2026: Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms before you enter. By entering you agree to them.

1. Promoter

The promoter is UKIYO Queenstown Limited t/a Crew Stylists, Level 1, 22 The Mall, Queenstown 9300 ("Crew", "we", "us"). Contact: crewstylistsofhair@gmail.com or 03 441 8555. This giveaway is run as one shared draw with our sister salon's online store: entries made on either store go into the same draw for the same prizes.

2. Who can enter

Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Crew Stylists and of our sister salon, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3. Promotion period

Entries open on Wednesday 4 November 2026 and close at 11:59pm NZDT on Sunday 29 November 2026. Entries received after the close are not eligible.

4. How to enter

Complete the giveaway entry form on crewstylists.co.nz with a valid email address. Your name, mobile, hair concern and prize choice are optional. One free entry per person; duplicate entries count once.

Bonus entries for online orders. Every online order placed at crewstylists.co.nz between 12:00am on Wednesday 4 November and 11:59pm on Sunday 29 November 2026 (NZDT) earns 1 bonus entry for each whole $1 of the order total after discounts, excluding shipping. Bonus entries are void if the order is refunded or cancelled, and a part refund reduces them to match. Bonus entries are added automatically and matched to you by the email address on the order. They count in the draw for the prize you chose when you entered, or in the Kérastase Summer Bag draw if you did not choose. Online orders at our sister salon's store earn bonus entries in the same way under that store's terms, and entries from both stores are matched to the same person by email address. No purchase is necessary to enter. Every entry in the shared draw has the same chance as any other entry.

5. Prizes

There are 30 prizes in total, with a total retail value of $3,069 (NZD, RRP incl. GST):

  • 27 x Kérastase Summer Bag: a limited-edition Kérastase Summer 2026 tote (Sun, Sea or Love design, allocated at random) with two Kérastase deluxe travel samples. RRP approx. $66 each.
  • 1 x Curl care routine: a professional salon curl shampoo 250ml, conditioner 250ml, mask 150ml and leave-in cream 145ml. RRP $242.
  • 1 x Repair routine: a professional salon repair shampoo 280ml, conditioner 200ml and mask 145ml. RRP $171.
  • 1 x Grand prize, Kérastase Genesis + ghd chronos max: Kérastase Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant 250ml, Fondant Renforçateur 200ml, Masque Reconstituant 200ml and Défense Thermique 150ml, plus a ghd chronos max styler in black. RRP $874.

Prizes are as described and are not transferable or exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Bag designs may differ slightly from images shown.

6. Prize choice and the draw

When you enter, you can choose the prize you would most like to win: the Kérastase Summer Bag, the grand prize, or "Surprise me". You go into the draw for the prize you choose. "Surprise me" entries go into the draw for the curl care routine and the repair routine. If you don't choose, you go into the Kérastase Summer Bag draw. Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries for each prize on Monday 30 November 2026. A person can win one prize only.

7. Winners

We will contact winners by email (and phone if provided) within 3 days of the draw. Winners have 7 days from first contact to reply and claim their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize in that time, or is ineligible, we will redraw that prize. We may publish winners' first names and town on our Instagram and in our emails, unless a winner asks us not to.

8. Delivery

Prizes are posted free to a New Zealand address, or can be collected from Crew in Queenstown. Kérastase Summer Bags ship in early December 2026, once they arrive from Kérastase. Other prizes ship within 10 working days of the winner confirming their address.

9. Your information

We collect your details to run this giveaway and contact winners. If you tick the consent box, we will also send you Crew Stylists emails about offers and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Your details are held by Crew and are not added to our sister store's mailing list. We handle your information under the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and our privacy policy.

10. General

We may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated or that breach these terms. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for reasons outside our control, we may change, suspend or end it, giving notice on this page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
