About these terms

Welcome to Crew Stylists. By using crewstylists.co.nz (the "site") or booking a service with us, you agree to the terms below. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.

Using the site

You may browse and purchase from the site if you're over 18 (or have a parent or guardian's permission). Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, misleading, or that could harm another person.

Products, pricing and availability

We do our best to describe products accurately, but colours, textures and scents may appear slightly different in real life.
All prices are in NZD and include GST.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct pricing errors. If a product is priced incorrectly we'll let you know before processing your order.
Stock is limited — we reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable (and we'll refund you in full).

Accounts

When you create an account you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity under your account.

Salon bookings and cancellations

Service bookings are made through our booking system (Kitomba). Our salon booking policy includes:

A deposit may be taken at the time of booking for longer or colour services.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may attract a fee; no-shows may be charged for the booked service.
Reminders are sent before your appointment.

Full details and any updates are communicated when you book.

Shipping & returns

Shipping details are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Gift cards and vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers can't be refunded or exchanged for cash. They are valid for the period shown at purchase.

Content and intellectual property

All images, text, logos and styling on the site are owned by Crew Stylists Limited or our brand partners. Don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Liability

We take reasonable care with your order and with our services. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for anything that goes wrong with a product or service is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
