About Crew Stylists
Crew Stylists is a Queenstown hair salon tucked upstairs in The Mall, on Ballarat Street in the heart of the CBD. We’re a tight, experienced team who genuinely love what we do — and our 4.9-star rating from 223 Google reviews says our clients feel it.
Our story
Crew has been part of central Queenstown for years — a salon built on real relationships, honest advice and colour work we’re proud to put our name to. We’re upstairs at Level 1, 22 The Mall (look for the entrance off Ballarat Street), away from the foot-traffic noise, in a calm space where you can actually relax. Locals, regulars and visitors all find their way up the stairs — and most come back.
What we do
We’re a full-service salon: balayage, blondes and lightening, foils and highlights, global colour, cuts and styling, treatments, smoothing, hair extensions, wedding and bridal hair, men’s cuts, and nails. Whatever you walk in for, you get a proper consultation first — no assumptions, no rush.
The team
Tina Fuller leads as senior stylist and creative director, alongside Tomoko Shirota, McKenzie Edgar and Jesse Boyd. Stephanie Carroll is building her column, Natasha Ruiz runs front of house and nails, and Mya McKee is our apprentice learning from the best. Every one of us is here because we care about the craft and the people in the chair.
