Where we are
Level 1, 22 The Mall, Ballarat Street, Queenstown 9300
We’re on Level 1 — upstairs at 22 The Mall, with the entrance off Ballarat Street. The Mall is the pedestrian heart of central Queenstown, so you’re a short stroll from the waterfront, Marine Parade and the gondola.
Finding us upstairs (the bit people miss)
Lots of first-timers walk straight past — we’re a first-floor salon, so look for the stairway entrance and head up. Once you’re up, you’ll find a quiet, light-filled space away from the street noise. If you’re ever unsure, give us a call on 03 441 8555 and we’ll point you straight to the door.
Parking
Central Queenstown parking is metered and limited, so allow a few extra minutes. The Boundary Street and Man Street (Queenstown Memorial Centre) car parks are the closest larger options, both a short walk from The Mall. Metered street parking is available around Ballarat and Camp Streets. If you’re coming from further out, the Park & Ride options into town work well too.

Our Thursday late night (open until 8pm) is perfect if you can’t make a daytime appointment. We’re closed weekends and public holidays.
