Refund policy

14-day returns on unopened product

If the product isn't right for you, return it unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. We don't refund change-of-mind returns.

Faulty or damaged product

If a product arrives damaged, broken or faulty, email a photo and your order number to crewstylistsofhair@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll either replace it or fully refund you — your call.

How to return

  1. Email crewstylistsofhair@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Post the product back at your cost (unless faulty — we cover postage both ways for faulty product).
  4. Once we receive it, we'll issue your store credit or exchange within 3 business days.

What we can't accept back

  • Opened product (hygiene)
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Sale items, bundles or final-sale products
  • Product returned more than 14 days after delivery

Salon services

If you're not happy with a service, tell us within 7 days and we'll book you in with one of our senior stylists to adjust — free of charge. We don't refund services already performed.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act.
