Returns Policy
Please choose your haircare products carefully — we don't refund items unless faulty.
We're happy to exchange items within 7 days from the day you received your order, with proof of purchase, provided items are in their original, unused condition. Outside the 7-day window we can't offer refund or exchange.
How to return
Email crewstylistsofhair@gmail.com first to start the returns/exchange process. Once approved, you can either bring your return into Crew Stylists or post it to:

Return shipping is at your expense. Faulty items will be refunded within 3-5 business days. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
