RETURNS POLICY


Please choose your haircare products carefully as we do not refund items unless they are faulty.

However, we are more than happy to exchange your items within 7 days from the day you received your order, with proof of purchase, and providing the items are in their original condition.
Unfortunately, if your return or exchange falls out of the 7 day returns and exchange period we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to return your items
To complete a return, please email as crewstylistsofhair@gmail.com first so we can start the returns/exchange process with you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase included.

Once we have given you the go-ahead you can either bring your return into the Crew Stylists salon or post it to the returns address listed below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot refund or exchange you if your return does not arrive safely, in its original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.

Faulty Item Return
If your order is deemed faulty by us, then a refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within around 3-5 business days.

Item Exchange
If we deem your return as unused and in the same condition that you received it in, we will be happy to organise an exchange of items for you, as long as the returns process, as outlined here, has been initiated by you within 7 days from the day you received your order.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. All sale items are treated as final sale, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items unless faulty.

Can I return a gift I received?
You can exchange a gift providing you return it within 7 days of the date you received your item and you have the original receipt.

Items returned that are not in original condition or outside the 7 day timeframe
Unfortunately, with the exception of faulty items, we are unable to accept items returned that are not in their original condition or returned after 7 days of you receiving your item. Our team will contact you to discuss if you would like the items to be returned to you. Any items returned under these circumstances may incur a cost to get the items to you and we will discuss this with you when our team make contact to return the items to you.
